We keep this short: here is what we collect, why, and who helps us run the site.

What we collect

• What you type in the app — city, searches, wizard choices, and feedback you send us. We use this to run your search and tune neighborhood suggestions.
• Basic connection info — like IP address and browser type, to keep the service secure and reliable.
• A simple “you’re signed in” cookie — only when we use a beta code on the site. It just remembers that you entered the code; it is not used to track you around the web.
• Anonymous product stats — for example that a search ran or a page opened. We never attach your exact search words to those stats.
• Advertising — we use Google AdSense to show ads on some pages (home, marketing guides, and hotel landing pages). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar tech to show ads, including personalized ads where allowed. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we use Google’s consent message so you can consent, refuse, or manage options. See Google’s advertising policies.
• Crash and error reports — so we can fix bugs. We strip sensitive bits from those reports where we can.
• Feedback you choose to send — your message, optional email, the page you were on, and a summary of what you were searching (not a full transcript).

• Nuitée Travel Limited (LiteAPI) — hotel names, photos, rates, availability, descriptions, amenities, and guest reviews; booking checkout.
• Google (Gemini) — neighborhood descriptions, photo analysis, and search matching.
• Google AdSense — display advertising on home, marketing guides, and hotel landing pages.
• Geoapify — city search and geocoding.
• MapTiler & OpenStreetMap — neighborhood maps.
• Unsplash & Google Maps — neighborhood card photos (credited on each card).

Who helps us run the site

We also use trusted vendors for hosting, email, anonymous usage analytics, error reporting, and advertising (Google AdSense) — each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

During beta we may adjust how long we keep certain data. To ask a question or request deletion, email beta@travelbyvibe.com — we are a small team and will reply as soon as we can.
