The service is provided “as is.” We do not promise that prices, availability, or any hotel will be right for your trip.
When you click Find & Book, you complete your reservation on Nuitée Travel Limited’s secure checkout (LiteAPI white-label). Nuitée’s terms govern the booking; TravelByVibe is not a party to your reservation.
Hotel names, photos, rates, and availability are supplied by Nuitée (LiteAPI) and may change before you book. Always confirm price, cancellation, and accessibility on the checkout site before you pay.
Do not abuse the service — for example by trying to break it, scrape it at huge volume, or ruin the experience for others. We may pause access if we need to protect the beta or other users.
To the fullest extent the law allows, TravelBoop, LLC and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from using the beta.
We may update these terms as the product grows. If you keep using TravelByVibe after an update, that means you accept the new version.
